Golden Eye Chef 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. All participants must carefully read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions before entering, as they form a legally binding agreement related to this Contest.
2. Golden Eye Chef 2025 | International is an international cooking competition organized by Antardrishti – 35, Ashoka Enclave, Dayalbagh, Agra, India.
3. The Contest begins on June 7, 2025 and concludes on November 20, 2025 (“Contest Period”). All dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of Golden Eye Chef.
4. Participation is open to individuals who are legally blind and possess a valid certificate of blindness, regardless of location, gender, language, religion, or race.
5. Contestants must be 18 years or older as of June 7, 2025.
6. There is no entry fee to participate in the Contest.
7. The official languages for communication are English and Hindi. Participants not comfortable with these languages may use an interpreter for communication purposes.
8. Only entries that fully comply with these Terms & Conditions will be accepted.
9. Entries that violate these Terms & Conditions will be summarily rejected without further notice.
10. Submission of an entry form and compliance with these Terms & Conditions does not guarantee participation in the Contest. Selection of participants will be based on factors including skill, enthusiasm, passion for cooking, and motivation. The Golden Eye Chef 2025 team’s decisions regarding selection are final.
11. Golden Eye Chef is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures of the Contest website, servers, telecommunications, network connectivity, or hardware/software.
12. Contest entries must not:
    • Contain unlawful content or material violating applicable laws or regulations.
    • Infringe upon third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
13. Any participant found engaging in fraud or misconduct will be immediately disqualified.
14. A jury panel approved by Golden Eye Chef will review all entries, screen submissions, and select finalists. Golden Eye Chef reserves the right to determine the number of entries published on its website after screening.
15. The jury will consist of at least three members appointed by Golden Eye Chef and will select the winners. The jury’s decisions are final.
16. Golden Eye Chef reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions, modify prizes, extend or shorten the Contest Period, or discontinue the Contest at any time without prior notice or liability.
17. Golden Eye Chef may cancel or modify the Contest partially or fully at its sole discretion. All decisions by Golden Eye Chef are final and binding.
18. The Contest shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Agra District shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the Contest.
19. The Golden Eye Chef team has final authority on all disputes related to this Contest, and all decisions are final and non-appealable.
20. By entering the Contest, participants grant Golden Eye Chef a royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, assignable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish submitted video content for promotional and marketing purposes.
21. Participants agree that their personal data (including names and contact details) may be collected, processed, stored, and used by Golden Eye Chef or its consultants to administer the Contest and for marketing and promotional activities.
22. By participating, contestants agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions and accept Golden Eye Chef’s decisions as final and binding.
